Thoroughly enjoyed our time and Hanoi and staying here. Great people, helped with tours and advice about the city. We enjoyed having a balcony and watching the world go by in the old quarter. The location is great and despite initial reservations about noise from the busy street, the room was quiet. Comfy bed!

Older very clean hotel in the middle of all the action. We stayed at Hanoi Nostalgia Hotel for 10 nights and will be recommending it to all of our friends. The included breakfast is wonderful with plenty of good choices including pho and omelettes. The staff are all friendly helpful and professional. Historical double room was fairly large and had everything you need for good stay. Hanoi Nostalgia Hotel was in a good location as there are so many places to eat within a 15 minute walk and too many hidden cafes to count. Look for Nola, you will be glad you did. We often walked to places like the Mausoleum and then made our way back on foot stopping at cafes and other atractions. Stay here, you will be happy you did😃

Nice room with small balcony over the street for people watching. Refeshing pool. King size bed and good breakfast. Got a little loud on the weekend,but thats why we booked here, right in the middle of the action.

Large, clean room and very quiet considering the party atmosphere on the street. Large breakfast selection and incredibly friendly staff

Comfy bed good location

4 adults (two parents and two adult sons) enjoyed staying in this nice hotel. Right in the middle of the old quarter, very close to the main nightlife, with restaurants, bars, and shops all within a short walk. Could be noisy if you were at the front of the hotel at the weekend, but the better rooms were at the back - larger and more comfortable. Breakfast buffet was decent. The concierge came to our rescue when a tour we were booked on was cancelled at the last minute; the tour that she arranged was not that much more expensive and was private for us so we could adjust the time spent at each stage. We were able to book a half day in a room at the end of our stay which was cheaper than an airport lounge and meant we could shower before getting to the airport. The pool was quite nice, not very big and quite cold, but refreshing after a hot walk around Hanoi. Staff were so quite friendly and many spoke good English. I would stay here again. Note that the road is closed on Fri Sat Sun evenings so taxis will only pick up and drop off nearby (5 - 10 minute walk)

The staff was exceptional and extremely helpful. location is great for walking to key spots and plenty of food and drink options.

It’s close to old town tourist attraction, restaurants and shopping. Good breakfast. Rooms definitely need to be updated especially bathroom. Old floor tiles hand held shower head needed replacing. Garden roof top should have a bar.

Balcony room was very noisy

A big thank you to the staff for making our stay very comforting. Kim and Lou are the most helpful concierge that we have ever come across and are very knowledgeable about their hotel and surroundings.
