It just an okay stay. Our expectations were much higher after our similar or cheaper rate stays in Chiang Mai Hongkhao Village and Mora Boutique in Chiang Rai. The View as a hotel is beautifully designed but not maintained to standards. Staff is not trained to take care of customers. The view from the roof top restaurant bar and restaurant is amazing but you cant relay only on that to win continued business. Service is subpar and food just okay. The last thing that was super disappointing was the breakfast. We went at 8am so pretty early and almost everything was cold. Choices are limited. We should have not paid for the breakfast and eating on the streets. We were in an out in 10 mins. We decided to grab coffee on the way to Chiang Mai.

Nice property and staff!

Good size room with amazing view. Very friendly staff. Excellent hairdryer. Well priced restaurant with excellent food. Great swimming pool and pool area. The only downside - the bathroom smelled of drains.

A good hotel in Chiang Dao

Lovely room, friendly staff, great view from the roof. Such a shame it was let down by the smell of rotting cabbage in the bathroom and the lack of water pressure and warm water in the shower. One star removed for that. Otherwise a good stay.

Pak at the front desk was amazing. He helped us with all we needed and was so warm and kind. The whole staff was so pleasant. The grounds are pretty and very enjoyable. Would stay here again.
