The staff was great and responsive, with great communication and timely service. The room itself was very large and spacious and good enough for our large group. The room definitely showed a bit of wear and tear, but nothing bad for the price. Our bidet didn't work immediately but once we told the desk, they fixed it very quickly.
Location was convenient for calling Grab to most of the more bustling locations, like the Old Quarter. Building has a large convenience store and coffee shop on the ground floor that was pretty convenient.
