  • Safe Management Measures: All guests must adhere to prevailing government regulations on group sizes and activities. The hotel appreciate all guests to keep noise levels at a minimum so as to not disturb other guests. For guests travelling with multiple rooms, a maximum of two rooms may be assigned to the same floor.

  • Hotel’s Renovation Updates: As part of Grand Hyatt Singapore’s upgrading efforts, the Terrace Wing, as well as the facilities and outlets that it houses, such as the swimming pool, Damai Spa & Fitness Centre and Oasis restaurant, is closed for renovations. We expect minimal impact to the day-to-day hotel operations, as the renovation work is confined to a separate wing. Starting from March 2022, some preparatory work for the Grand Wing’s renovation will commence and occasional noise may be experienced. Please rest assured that every effort will be made to minimize any inconvenience during this time and the renovation work will be limited to Mondays – Saturdays (except public holidays), from 09:00hrs to 12:00hrs and from 15:00hrs to 18:00hrs.
