The 3 bedroom family suite has one bathroom with a very small shower. The most concerning aspect of the property is the need to have a key to open and exit the outside door. In the event of an emergency, if a family member left with the key, the remaining people are locked in. I suppose you could call the front desk to let you out. It made coordination tricky. Only one key was provided.

Excellent location and helpful staff. They assisted us with all of our travel needs and questions, especially since I was not familiar with the area. Wi-fi worked, room clean, the continental breakfast was enough to help you start your day, and the front desk staff was amazing!

Perfectly located. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was solid. Highly recommend. The only caveat is one of our rooms didn’t have blinds on the window so it was bright very early in the room. So bring an eye mask. We loved the location thou. Just a couple minutes walk from St Marks Square!
