Room was ok. TV did not work. Our room was downgraded!!! The majority of the desk staff were so unfriendly! It was honestly awful.

The staff were super friendly, parking lot across the street and the location is wonderful. I would definitely stay again with my grandchildren. We took in all the Chicago sites.

Great facility located in the middle of everything! Sites,shopping, and local transportation all close by. Hotel’s old and could use a touch up here or there. Challenging to charge electronics in your room. That needs a significant upgrade. Breakfast is OK and much appreciated given food costs in Chicago.

The two main complaints that I have is that there wasn’t a full length mirror anywhere and no complementary bottles of water in the room. Other than that, the beds were fantastic. The sheets were great. The pillows were awesome and the staff was terrific.

Beautiful old hotel in great area of Chicago. Steps to great restaurants, and shopping! I had a lower floor room and my only comment was related to noise from the plumbing or A/C system that did keep me up part of the night. The staff was great!
