Refrain, if not totally avoid, from using paints with very strong smell, in renovating the rooms while you’re accepting guests. It made our head spin and vomit. The strong smell seeped into our airconditioned room, and that made the room felt suffocating.

Couldn’t understand how there were good reviews for this place. Property is in poor condition, there was no hot water, so when we asked about it the staff advised all other rooms were full. Eventually we got moved to a room with hot water, but the staff didn’t speak to us again. Unfriendly and unhelpful. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived, and there was a strong musky smell throughout the space that made it uncomfortable to stay in.

Accommodated my every need. Booked 3 nights, then spent one night in Nacpan beach, followed by the final night here. They held my bags for me. The owner personally took me to Nacpan Beach and returned to pick me up the next day…all for well below market price. The place is located right off the main strip and conveniently located for walking the entire town. Tours were easy to book and below posted rates in town and on line. The continental breakfast is simple, but comes with a great view. I can’t say enough about this place.

Where to begin...there was some confusion or language barrier at check in. I was enquiring about tours and van transfers and I was only given some extemely early options, which I found better options elsewhere. I had booked the breakfast option for 2 but was told it would be served between 6 and 7 am. Suffice it to say I did not have breakfast once during my stay. The lobby consists of a kitchen table and some chairs, which the owner's family mainly occupies during the evening. This can be inconvenient when the room wifi was only working for a half hour each day. While I'm sure this is a hard working, friendly enough family, this was not a stay at a hotel or motel, but felt more like a home stay.

The room was dirty, there was damp, breakfast was only between 6 to 7 am. We did not stay. The staff were unhelpful. There were shirtless men walking around, workers in and out and the amazing views were of a brick wall.

Nice location

Not much in the way of amenities, but the view was unbelievable especially since it was the cheapest hotel in El Nido for our dates. Absolutely would stay again.

Very basic small room in need of refurbishment, lots of worn paint , broken toilet seat and no plug in sink. The only choice for breakfast was sausage, rice and greasy fried egg.

NEVER again! The room smells musty, especially the strong smell of the molds. We got sick after 4 days. We ended up moving to a different resort for the rest of our stay in El Nido. I did not bother asking for a refund for the remaining days. I booked 7 days, quadruple room; 2-double bed. But they gave us a double bed, a single bed and an extra mattress. The worst part was, the mattress blocked the door. In case of emergency, we can’t get out unless the extra mattress is up. The space is limited and we couldn’t move around. The door knob needs repair. It was loose and wobbly. I’ve been asking the staff to move us to a quadruple room. Instead they gave us an extra room which smells the same, musty and no ventilations. Towels provided looks like rugs. The only good thing, staff were nice and friendly.
