We got a nice, clean, big room for the four of us. There is a bathroom inside that is clean and is also wide enough.
My only suggestion is that their contact details provided in Expedia should be updated. The number was not in used, thus it created a problem but the owner was able to resolve and gave us a fair deal. Our initiative to search them on Facebook made the communication possible.

It is ok to stay for one or two days. A big cockroach was found in the toilet. The owner was not present on the top roof when I check out and so I had to wait for a long time. Last, hotel.com provides the wrong location of the inn on the map in their website

It was very uncomfortable and it was like we were in the middle of a chicken farm with many roosters crowing around at 5:00am and many dogs barking. The bed was very uncomfortable and it was unclean. A miserable experience
