Very polite & helpful staff. Nice outdoor sitting for its in house cafe / restaurant. Suitable for families and couple. Massage / facial inside the hotel is good.

Usually smooth check in but this trip horrible checkin, very rude receptionist. Shouldn’t be at front desk, should be working at housekeeping.

Room was big and clean, many TV channels and good signal as compare to other nearby hotels. I love the message spa, convenient, price reasonable and good skill service.

Very good for the price better than most hotels in batam breakfast could be a bit better for westerners but in all fairness good is not expensive and plentiful around the area good WiFi which now days is very important thank you see you again in the future
