Everything is best about the hotel EXCEPT in-room dining experience. No halal options for muslims indicated in the menu and 2 out of 5 menu items under Arabic specialities were out of stock during my 5-days trip. For in-room breakfast delivery, the staff never followed my instructions completely. Sometimes white toasts were completely burnt and sometimes they were cut in half, against my instructions. I specifically ordered only strawberry jam bottles but they would again bring one small bottle of strawberry jam and three other jam flavors which I did not like. Once they did not bring sugar sachets with tea. The in-room dining menu needs much improvement and food delivery staff need to check that all customer order has been checked as per instructions before delivering to the room.
