The room stayed clean and the staff was helpful when asked. I’d highly suggest Bringing your own wash rags or a loofah and shampoo and conditioner. Other than that the food was great the property was convenient location.

We stayed here for 5 nights and boy, we were not disappointed! This is great hotel, well located with some excellent amneties nearby. We had a premier suite and it was fabulous. Located on the 33rd floor, it boasts excellent skyline views of Bangkok. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The Room was a little outdated, but the view was amazing. Breakfast was barely OK for the price. The stuff was also amazing and helpful.

I stayed in Urbana Sathorn Hotel - Bangkok - from 03 to 05 Dec 2025 the hotel is good, the staff at this hotel, they are welcoming, sincere and helpful. The service is good. The breakfast was average not a lot of food and variety. Room was normal. The bed was good and the pillows were soft and not comfortable for me. The bathroom was ok but the shower area too small and the hot water takes long time to get hot, recommend to install rain fall shower instead of normal shower. The BTS SkyTrain is 10 min waking to Chong Nonsi station and 7/ 11 store is 10 walking. This is my second time I stayed in this hotel the first time was July 2025.
