Staff was very accommodating to me and my elderly mother

A beautiful hotel in a very interesting neighbourhood, perfect for our 24hr stopover! Elegant, comfortable and very good value for money!

We could check in even at night. Reasonable prices. Closer to city center.

staffs were friendly and room was fantastic. alot of good food nearby hotel.

Good location Reception staff not friendly and bathroom filled with mould on the walls.

Just want to start off by saying the room was super clean and the hotel too. And although a bit small (I got the window room thankfully). A note, staff is not kind or friendly, and also check in is at 3 PM. I've traveled all over the world, and that's crazy late to check in lmao. Bang for your buck, but don't expect warmth. I'll find another place next time I'm in Singapore.

Staff at the counter was friendly n efficient, room and toilet were also clean, however the Aircon was at the stage that almost non-functional.

The room looked tired, not like the photos and the wallpaper had started to peel, also there were stains on the carpet. The internet was terrible, dropping out and weak. The worst though was the front desk person who was so unhelpful when we said we needed an early morning taxi to the airport. We were trying to organize this the night before but to no avail. Suggested we download GRAB app for a ride but had difficulties due to the weak internet. We managed to find a taxi early the next morning ourselves. Due to stay there again later but will consider cancelling this booking.

Nice property but unable to get into a room until afternoon. Front desk not staffed until 9 am.

Room is spotless.
