The facility was one of the best experience. The beach and swimming pool experience was fantastic. My daughter and me went to gym and surprised to have trainer Ms ADE with whom we had great breathing and other exercises each day during our stay. It was one of our best experience.

Four Points by Sheraton Bintan is a wonderful option for a relaxing beach-side stay with consistently excellent service across all areas, time after time. The rooms and property are clean and well-maintained, and the buffet breakfast offers rotating choices which we enjoyed, especially the local food. Our favourite activity was the walks along the clean beach before sunset and the pools. The spa is very good too. We will be back!

I live villa room , it was so convenient that I can swim at our private pool and also they provide 3 meals which is good that we do not need to go out buy 😊

I had a fantastic stay at Four Points by Sheraton. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, going well beyond my expectations to make sure everything was smooth and enjoyable. A big thanks goes to Jenni from the Indonesian style restaurant who was super helpful and shared her knowledge and passion of Indonesian food and culture! The views of the beach were absolutely stunning and really made the whole experience feel special. I also had the chance to try the Indonesian restaurant, which was excellent. The food was full of flavour and easily one of the highlights of the trip. The pool area was another standout. It was clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind during the day. Overall, the hotel had such a great atmosphere. Everything just felt easy, welcoming, and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
