This was my first time at a clinic here in Korea! I had a really good time. All the staff here were friendly and helpful. Despite the language barrier they really tried their best to help me feel comfortable. From seeing the doctor to the esthetician they explained each step of the treatment. The doctor and staff have recommendations for your treatment but are not pushy with whichever you decide. Which I really appreciated for it being my first time! definitely recommend if you are looking for a clinic in the hongdae area! ohhh also easy to find with the signs they have around the mall :)

Such a worthwhile experience! I had a skin test with the pharmacist, and she was so kind and thorough throughout the whole process. She carefully analyzed my skin and recommended products that were actually suitable for my skin type. I had so many questions because I’ve been concerned about my skin for a long time, but she patiently answered every single one. I finally got a better understanding of my skin and was able to clear up many of the concerns I had. If you’re visiting Korea, I definitely recommend giving this a try! The products in the store are also reasonably priced, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was such a pleasant and helpful experience. I’m really glad I stopped by!

குலூக் (Klook) தளத்தில் ஹாங் டேவில் உள்ள இந்த ஹேர் சலூனைக் கண்டுபிடித்தோம். உள்ளே சென்றவுடன் பலரும் வந்து எங்களிடம் விசாரித்தனர். மேலும் அவர்களுக்கு ஆங்கிலமும் நன்றாகத் தெரிந்துள்ளதால், எங்களுடன் முழுமையாகத் தொடர்பு கொள்ள முடிந்தது. நாங்கள் முடி வெட்டும் சேவையை வாங்கியிருந்தாலும், கூடுதலாக 19 வகையான முடி பராமரிப்பு சிகிச்சையையும் செய்துகொண்டோம். இது மிகவும் அற்புதமாக இருந்தது, குறிப்பாக அந்த அகச்சிவப்பு கதிர் (far-infrared) மசாஜ் எதிர்பார்த்ததை விட மிகச் சிறப்பாக இருந்தது. அதுமட்டுமின்றி, ஹேர் ஸ்டைலும் மிக அழகாகச் செய்து முடிக்கப்பட்டது.

எனது மகளுக்கு எந்த ஸ்டைல்கள் சிறப்பாகப் பொருந்தும் என்பதைத் தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் தெரிந்துகொண்டது ஒரு சிறந்த அனுபவமாக இருந்தது. அவள் நியாயமான கட்டணத்தில் கொரியன் ஸ்டைல் ஹேர்கட் கூட தேர்வு செய்தாள். ஒட்டுமொத்தமாக ஒரு சிறந்த அனுபவம்!

Had a great experience at Juno Hair with their premium scalp treatment and haircut. Despite the language barrier, the staff communicated really well and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Yeona was especially great — she helped me a lot and gave good suggestions that suited my hair and face shape. As someone shy and introverted, I really appreciated her calm and gentle approach. The scalp treatment was very relaxing, and my hair feels softer, healthier, and less frizzy after the visit. Would definitely recommend, especially for foreigners visiting Korea!

Even with a jam-packed 2 week itinerary, this was one of the things I was most looking forward to, and it definitely lived up to my expectations and more! JiEun was amazing - so kind, patient, and made sure I was comfortable from the start. It was clear how knowledgeable she was, explaining everything thoroughly and being happy to answer any questions I had. After each analysis we went through slideshows of what would be best for me based on my results: hair colour, jewellery, glasses, make-up, fashion, fabrics, patterns, styles and accessories. And then at the end I got to try on some accessories and make-up to see how it all looked in real life! I would 100% recommend both the colour and body shape analysis, especially at the start of your trip as it will be a big help for when you're shopping! I'd also love to give a huge thank you to the translator - I'm sorry that I can't remember your name, but you were really amazing too! Thank you Colorize! 🫶
