The tour was very well organized and we enjoyed it, even though Mount Fuji was hidden behind a thick cloud cover. It would be desirable if all participants were informed beforehand via WhatsApp.

Great day out and wonderful experience with Yuki. was great getting to know people on the trip. very well organised and great value for money. Would advise to set off early as the station can be very confusing - stick to exit 8 for the post office. We arrived with literally 1 minute to spare. lots of toilet breaks and food options. great locations with convenience stores along the way. We didn't get to see Mount fuji due to the weather. However the day was full of wonderful experiences! thank you Yuki and team

Had a great day with our amazing tourguide Alex! He was very knowledgeable and had a ton of fun facts! highly recommend! Mt Fuji wasnt visible because of rain but it was a more relaxed day which was much needed.

Beautiful day to see Mount Fuji we were very lucky as we’re in the end of September now!! Our tour guide (Sandy) was the best!! talked us through everything about Mount Fuji in detail etc had a very contentious laugh and made the day 10x better:) Thankyou 100% recommend this tour

We took this trip to see outside of Tokyo for the day. it was a fantastic day tour, with a convenient meet up location, a very comfortable bus, interesting stops and our tour guide Suzuki was excellent. Sadly, cloud was covering any sight of Mt Fuji but still a very enjoyable full day tour. Recommended!

Today I went on the excursion to Hakone, and it was wonderful. Our guide, Eric, was very friendly, professional, and helpful. He shared anecdotes and interesting facts about this area near Mount Fuji. The bus ride was very comfortable and useful for taking a nap. I highly recommend this lovely day tour to everyone, both for the scenery and for the opportunity to buy plenty of souvenirs. Thanks again to our kind guide for a great experience!!

The weather was perfect, the itinerary was perfect, and even the timing adjustment was spot on. We visited the last two courses first, and that adjustment felt like a stroke of genius! To be able to see Mount Fuji, which is said to be shy, without any regrets—from Mount Fuji with a few clouds to the majestic Mount Fuji with all the clouds cleared away—it was such a perfect itinerary. Thank you so, so much, Guide Yoon! You constantly looked out for us, always trying to give us more information, providing detailed explanations so we could move ahead, and even the photo spots were perfect! Thanks to you, we ate a lot of delicious food, saw many beautiful sights, and took many lovely pictures. It was wonderful that four women could explore Mount Fuji without getting tired. I'll never forget the scenery of the lake with the swans. And to the bus driver, thank you so much for the Shine Muscat grapes. I was incredibly touched at the end of the tour. (Don't skip the black eggs!) ​On the Water & Air: Gliding across Lake Ashi on the pirate ship offered breathtaking views, followed by sweeping panoramas on the Hakone Ropeway. ​Stress-Free Logistics: Navigating Hakone's multi-layered transit (buses, ropeways, boats) on your own can be confusing, but this tour seamlessly connects every piece of the puzzle. ​Special thanks to our guide (Yang) and driver for keeping everything punctual while giving us plenty of time to explore. Worth every penny!

it was a blast! Originally I was planning to do a separate Hakone and Mt. Fuji trip and was genuinely excited when there was a 2 in 1 tour. Our tour guide (Jack) offered a lot of trivia and tips for our Japan trip and is highly recommended. Thank you for a memorable birthday, Gogoday.
