Stayed at LiveZen beside the Kaizen spa. The ambience, front desk staff and masseur were friendly and welcoming. No issue communicating my needs as they understand and speak English. I visited twice, seemed to be popular among couples. Before my massage, I was given a pre-massage form, allowing me to clearly communicate my preferred pressure and areas of focus. This thoughtful approach ensured my therapist was fully aware of my needs, allowing me to completely surrender myself to the skilled hands and completely enjoy the session. Compared to the massage places nearby roadside, this place although more pricely but definitely worth visiting. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff, top-notch massage skills make Kaizen a true gem. My therapist possess great massage techniques and delivered a truly rejuvenating experience. My muscles, previously tight and knotted, were skillfully loosened, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and revitalized. I highly recommend Kaizen Spa to anyone seeking a truly luxurious and restorative massage experience. Thank you to the therapist and staff, for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. 🙏🏼

தனியுரிமை கொண்ட ஆன்சென் (onsen) நன்றாக உள்ளது, தனியாகப் பயணம் செய்பவர்களுக்கும் தம்பதிகளுக்கும் ஏற்றது. சூழல் நன்றாக இருக்கிறது, ஆனால் ரயில் நிலையத்திலிருந்து சிறிது தூரம் நடந்து செல்ல வேண்டும். சிகிச்சையாளர் தனது பலத்துடன் சிறப்பாக இருந்தார்.

We arrived not knowing what to expect. They accommodated our change of appointment time and welcomed us warmly. We may not have been the most groomed clients they had but their professionalism and service remained top tier and we felt valued the whole time. I kept falling asleep (accompanied by some snoring!) and they were patient and just kept working with me. I also went with a friend but we booked the couple's massage to go together and they accommodated us and our privacy. I felt rejuvenated and relaxed afterwards and the environment was very calming. massage therapist: 10/10 ambiance: 10/10

Using of warm coconut oil to massage the scalp thoroughly. I get to shower after the session and felt that my hair is nourish too. Great experience!

整體而言也是可以,但沒有感受到日式的按摩風格! 熱精油沒有那麼足夠 !

The ambiance and the onsen were amazing, unfortunately the therapist was expert in torture, I felt so much pain during the massage, even after 4 times of sayign "ouch!" lighter please.. still was painful, and counted every minute until it's done.
