We had an amazing day and got some luck while at the Mount Fuji 5th station with the clouds moving away for a while to get clear views of the summit of Mount Fuji - we would not have seen the mountain through the clouds if we didn’t go to 5th station. Bek our driver was fantastic and made the day for us navigated our requested changes to see the Hakone Venetian Glass Museum and Hakone open air museum - my Father would give Bek a 15 out if 10. The whole trip was well organised and It was well worth it for our group of 7 - highly recommend

We had the best experience seeing these beautiful areas because of our brilliant and friendly driver! His local knowledge, advice and tips for the best places to stop to avoid the crowds was so valuable and appreciated. Even his help at snack stops, showing us the best drink machines and how to use them at 7/11 was a hit with my family. I totally recommend booking a driver to see your planned places in Japan to tour. We had the best day in comfort without worrying about anything, we were very grateful to him.

Had an awesome time on the Mt. Fuji tour! It was our first time seeing it, and the view was absolutely amazing. The tour was super flexible and easy to customize, which made the whole experience stress-free. We just had an amazing day trip with our driver, Zeb! He was incredibly patient and professional, always punctual at each stops which we really appreciated. It was also super easy to contact him and he was very clear about where and when to meet at each location, which made the day run smoothly. The private tour had a nice no-frills vibe that we enjoyed. The drop-offs were smooth, and the flexible itinerary was perfect. We only needed to buy the Fuji ropeway ticket from Klook; everything else was free to explore. Even though we didn’t get to see Mount Fuji because of the clouds, we still had a fantastic time visiting Oshino Hakkai, Lake Kawaguchi and Arakurayama Sengen Park. The long stairs at the park were a bit of a challenge, but the views were worth every step.

We had a great one day trip to Mt. Fuji. it was pretty cloudy and we thought that we would not be able to sea Fuji-san’s peak, but fortunately we could! we even got to visit Lake Ashi and enjoy a black egg after a ropeway trip. Emon, our driver was pretty easy going, professional, punctual and spoke great English.

We had a great experience with Bek as our driver. He was very accommodating to our requests and was happy to follow our customized itinerary instead of a fixed tour route. There was a small hiccup at the beginning of the day with about a one-hour delay because our original driver became unwell and had to be replaced. While it was an inconvenience, Bek handled the situation professionally and ensured the rest of the trip went smoothly. Our route was exactly as we had planned: from the hotel to Chureito Pagoda, Oishi Park, Lake Kawaguchiko, Shiraito Falls, and finally Shibuya. Bek drove safely, was punctual at each stop, and gave us the flexibility to enjoy each location at our own pace. Overall, despite the initial delay, we were very satisfied with the service. Bek’s friendly attitude, flexibility, and professionalism made the trip enjoyable. We would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and accommodating driver in the Mt. Fuji area

We had an amazing experience on this tour and it was absolutely worth the price. Every place we visited was beautiful and truly lived up to the hype. Our guide was right on time for pickup, very friendly, and made the entire day smooth and enjoyable. Alam was an incredible tour guide—knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. Our chartered driver, Mr Amane was kind and helpful. He had demonstrated the role more than a driver as he took the effort in explaining the palces of interest along the way and even bring us to some of the sites entrance in person. overall it is an enjoyable 2 day trip. The only disappointed aspecr was the scene of Mt. Fuji which we are not able to view in full due to excessive cloud blockage. Serve standard of Mr Armans is excellent and all the members of my group had nothing but praises for him! Highly recommended to all!

This was honestly the best experience I booked before coming to Japan! The 10-hour day trip to Mt Fuji was worth every penny. We were picked up directly from our hotel and dropped back off at the end of the day, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Our driver, Zersham, was fantastic—very welcoming, friendly, and spoke great English. From start to finish, the whole experience felt magical. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Japan—it’s an absolute must! Don’t waste your time dealing with trains or buses when you can enjoy a comfortable, seamless trip like this.

We spent our first day in Japan using this private transfer! Our group consisted of 3 kids (one baby), 3 adults and 2 elderly adults and our driver was Amane. The company provided one car seat for us which we needed. We went to Hakone Ropeway and other places on the list. However, due to the light rain, our family decided to leave early and we were done by 1pm. On the way back, Amane was able to accommodate us by making a pit stop for us to buy food. We got back to our Airbnb by 4:30pm. I think we are the first group ever to finished early 😂 but it’s okay. We had a great time. Grateful that Amane explained where to go and what to do at the listed places. Made the process a lot easier for us. We appreciate his willingness to work with us throughout the day. In addition, enjoyed his driving since everyone fell asleep! We would recommend this company and driver again. Thank you Amane, take care!
