We had an absolutely wonderful day trip to Mount Fuji, and a big part of that was thanks to Mr. Farukh. He was incredibly professional, punctual, and made the entire journey smooth and stress-free. What stood out the most was his friendly nature and deep knowledge of the area—he shared helpful insights and made sure we didn’t miss any key viewpoints or experiences. He was also very accommodating with our pace and preferences, which made the trip feel relaxed and personalized rather than rushed. The car was clean and comfortable, and his driving was safe and steady throughout the day. Overall, Mr. Farukh went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Highly recommend this trip and our guide Ali. We were contacted the night before and picked up on time. Ali knew where to go and what times to beat the very large queues. We maximised the day trip with great efficiency seeing all our sights and advice on best ways to gets tickets and also best view points. Highly recommended this trip for anyone wanting to see the best sights and Ali definitely supported us brilliantly.

We had a thoroughly wonderful experience exploring Fuji with our guide, Vohra. They came a day early and stayed in a hotel nearby in the Fuji area so we could get an early start and beat the crowds. He and the friendly driver showed us the gems of the area, including a beautiful waterfall, boat ride on the lake, the best views of Mt. Fuji, a flower garden and ice cream, and a local ramen shop for a delicious lunch! He went above and beyond to make our day special and even happily helped us buy snacks at the grocery store before heading back to the hotel. The cherry on top was that he took wonderful photos and even compiled a video of our day. We highly recommend this wonderful tour that was personalized to our requests and included the expertise of a seasoned local guide. Thank you for the excellent service that made our day around Fuji a highlight of our time in Japan!

Great experience! Zain took me to Mt. Fuji, the Shinto Shrines, Lake Kawaguchiko, and Oshino Hakkai. Each location had its own charm, and they were all beautiful. I was lucky that the clouds cleared enough for me to see the top of Mt. Fuji from the 5th station. Zain was an excellent guide! He was kind and was knowledgeable about each location. I would highly recommend Zain and this tour!!

Fuji-san was amazing experience even on a rainy and cloudy day, Our car driver (Saeed) spoke good English, gave us good suggestions to spend the day, 5 th station turned out lucky for us as we were above clouds at 7,000 feet spent lots of time looking at Mt Fuji and enjoyed local shops and coffee, oishi park, kawaguchi lake and town were also amazing spectacular soft serve and lake views. Our driver and guide Harry made our trip so wonderful. He arrived early in a beautiful car and asked about how we wanted the day to proceed. He then did everything to make our dream vacation come true. Even though Mount Fuji was fogged in he drove us carefully to the top and we had a lovely hike together, in the misty forest. He made our trip perfect for our needs and anticipated our desires. I felt like we all made a new friend the interaction was so natural.We had so many more interesting experiences than the trip originally offered!
