My husband and I had an incredible time at the sushi and matcha making class. We booked it the night before, and we are so glad we did! Sora and Hono are amazing hosts! The directions were easy to follow and you make plenty of sushi to be full. It's a perfect lunch/dinner experience. We are already talking about making sushi at home when we get back. Thank you so much Sora and Hono!

The sushi experience was great. I came with a group of 4 people. The location was clearly marked and easy to access from the Asakusa station. The hosts Hiro and Sora gave us chef jackets to wear and started us off with a sake toast and proceeded to offer as much sake as we wanted throughout the class. The sushi demonstration was fun and engaging. The amount of sushi we each made was a lot and we were quite full at the end. The experience ended with matcha drinks. 10/10 I would do again! This would be a great fit for a corporate outing or a date.

A fun activity on a rainy evening! We made maki and nigiri, toasted sake, and ate our handmade sushi. Our hosts, Riku and Sora, made the evening fun. Met some nice people, had a few laughs. We whisked our own matcha to finish off the meal. Recommend if you are looking for an indoor activity and a meal.

This was an awesome experience! Sora is a great teacher and the interaction with him was fantastic! So glad I went for this sushi making with sake and green tea! Just a tip: If you are a small eater, you may consider using less rice for your sushi. ;)

This experience is more than our expectations! I came here with my husband and our friends. We learned a lot and also having a fun time together. It was very special for us to make the sushi by ourselves and then eat it together with our loved ones. The matcha part also added a nice cultural feeling that make the whole experience feel complete. You can really feel how much care and passion the teachers put into this class. Highly recommend for couples, friends, or anyone who visit Tokyo!

We had a really nice experience making sushi with Tomo, the teacher. He was very funny, kind and entertaining during the training class. He provided very clear explanations about how to make sushi and matcha. We even had sake during the training. I really recommend trying this activity, especially for foreigners who loves sushi like me :)

What a great experience. Chef Ken was great, truly passionate about the skill of making sushi. We were a group of five ranging from 12 to 46 and we all enjoyed our experience. The fish was fresh as can be the Matcha was perfect the saki kept flowing. the rest of the staff was also excellent easy to communicate with an extremely helpful and attentive.

A really wonderful experience! We learn about sushi history, the process of Maki and Nigiri, how to make a matcha tea in the Japanese traditions. The instructor were super lovely and patient. We really had a great time. Highly recommanded!

this was such a good activity . the instructors were great and friendly . class was informative and it was great. would definitely recommend for persons to try if they are travelling to Japan. we made two types of sushi, toast, made matcha, and got a history of sushi making. the class was fun and interactive. 10/10

The sushi-making portion was a highlight—everything was fresh, delicious, and surprisingly easy to learn thanks to the clear step-by-step guidance. It was so rewarding to create and enjoy our own sushi. The matcha whisking experience was equally memorable, offering a deeper appreciation for the art and ceremony behind preparing authentic matcha. From start to finish, the entire experience was interactive, educational, and fun. We left with new skills, a greater appreciation for Japanese culture, and some wonderful memories. Highly recommended!
