comfortable, good food and coffee, not very crowded during my visit

was a nice time. I got there in time for breakfast which was very good. eggs and sausage are alway good at airports

Amazing customer service. Got an upgrade to the Garuda Business lounge. Had a great experience.

was amazing. they upgraded us to the business lounge

clean, comfortable, nice, a lot of places❤️

The lounge was a lovely place to relax before our flight. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Their excellent customer service really stood out and made the experience enjoyable. The only area that could be improved is the food selection. A wider variety of options, particularly for people with different dietary requirements, would make the lounge even better. Having more choices for those with dietary restrictions would be greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily visit again. Thank you to the wonderful staff for their hospitality!
