No better way to see Tokyo than in comfort without hassles and worries. Our driver Han was great and accommodating. A one day 8hr tour was perfect for us. Five stops, a bit of shopping, festival foods (we went on a weekend), just enough time and walking at each location. We were relaxed. So enjoyable despite the language difference…our driver was great, we both used app translator (recommend DeepL app). Wonderful day and will book again in another city.

Booking a driver for 10 hrs was the best thing we ever did! we arrived at 6am after an overnight flight. Instead of trying to figure out the train system to sight see while jet lagged, all I had to do was tell her where I wanted to go via WhatsApp before hand. We only had one day in Tokyo so this was perfect for sightseeing. it was also burning hot weather so avoiding long walks through the crowded station and having a private aircon van was the best. Sun Liyan was amazing. she arrived early at our hotel and waited. she gave me meeting times and even though she didn’t speak English we used Google translate. She was lovely. best decision we ever made!

We would like to give this a five-star rating since our driver was very accommodating and courteous. Although, there were times he got lost during our trip or confused with the location, it was overall a great experience since he always managed to find directions. We were able to make the most of our itinerary despite it being very full (lol it was my fault) which is why my family and I really appreciated his efforts in wanting us to see as many spots as possible. The car company is also very easy to contact and quick to respond to our queries, so kudos to them! We had tremendous fun, thanks a lot!!

Have a very pleasant Tokyo city tour by Ansu Travel with driver 神藤志良. Our driver guide is very nice and considerate, he will always come down from his driver seat when we are getting on the car. Helpful and friendly. Will recommend Ansu Travel.

Booking this was easy. We were able to comfortably travel to diff locations in Tokyo in comfort especially at the time we were there (when it was hot, humid, and even drizzling at some point). We all liked our driver, Zhang. He was very professional and despite the language barrier, communication between us was okay with the use of his phone translator. He always confirmed the next stop before departure and as we got off always made sure we knew where to meet up. We just needed to message him when we were ready to come back. I love that we were able to customize our day as we wanted. The only con is that despite the van showing up on time, unfortunately because of miscommunication somewhere, the wrong sized vehicle was sent - there were 8 of us but only 6 people (including the driver) were allowed in the van that was sent to us. So in short our day was pushed back almost 45mins later but it all worked out, they did send another van and our “end of day” was pushed back to make up for the lost time.

Our driver spoke English really well, was always punctual, and drove safely. He gave a short intro of the tourist spot whenever we got out and didn't complain when we overstayed at one place. There was a bit of miscommunication though when we wanted to pass by an offbeat location, so just explain clearly why you want to go/take a picture there.

the whole ride was hassle free and comfortable.. worthy of it’s price.. best decision ever..
