Ken, our driver of today trip arrived on time at the hotel. we had a pleasant trip though weather was not in favour to see Mt Fuji. Overall was easy and wonderful trip with 2 elderly. Will certainly use Klook again in future.

Highly recommend this private charter to Mount Fuji! Our driver Wang Xu was excellent. He arrived at our hotel 10 minutes early and helped come up with our Itieneary on the fly. He was flexible and helpful. We didn't want to over pack our schedule but managed to see quite a few essential sights.

The tour guide made it possible to have a hassle-free day! Yangqi was very accomodating and easy to get along with. She also drove fast but we felt safe and comfortable all throughout the trip. Would recommend this service 100%!

The driver is very punctual, and he arrived at our hotel 10 mins before pick up time. we were very tired and planned to sleep throughout the ride, but the driver is so friendly and humorous that we don’t even feel like sleeping. The trip was amazing. Not only did he try/managed to go to all of the places I planned, he also brought us to 2 other nice places and gave us advises on what to do at what places. overall a very pleasant and happy trip. driver can speak mandarin.

Renting a car going to Mount Fuji is very convenient. Our driver (Yami) contacted us the day before and helped us arrange the places we have to go to appreciate Mount Fuji so we can utilize our time well. He even recommended an authentic Japanese restaurant that we could eat our lunch and it’s way out of the tourist’s usual grind. Well-worth of an experience indeed! Just so you know how to deal with the traffic on the way back to your place, but the ride would definitely make you rest and get some nap after a day of walking in Mount Fuji.

Excellent experience and great value for money. As well as having received confirmation via Klook, we also received an email confirmation a few days ahead of the tour and were also contacted by the driver the evening before to confirm pick up details and itinerary. Driver was very flexible when we made a slight change in plans. Higly recommend as this was a very confortable way to do Mount Fuji for our family.

It was an absolute delight to travel with Seungho Lee, our assigned driver. From the time he picked us from hotel, took great care of us, our safety, was attentive to our requirements and made sure we covered all our sightseeing goals. He was also very kindhearted and helpful.

Our plan was to originally go to Mt. Fuji, but due to the weather we changed it to Hakone. Our driver was very nice and let us change the plan that same morning. He gave us suggestions and let us decide. He spoke limited English but good things he spoke Chinese and one of our family member spoke Chinese. When our family asked him in English, he tried his best to answer and he used Google translate. He passed by Hakone Sekisho Edo Era Place and asked us if we wanted to stop by. We really enjoyed this place and stayed for one hour. He also let us change our drop-off location at the end of our trip. Highly recommended !

The driver was polite and on time, he messaged me the day before the trip and sent me suggested itinerary and was flexible about it. He don't speak english but can communicate thru translate and hand gestures. on the way back to our hotel we requested to make stop at Ricoland and he gladly assisted us, we just add an overtime fee to him. Overall it was a nice trip.
