The best place to start your vacation. Staff was kind and attentive. The babies we’re so cute, we didn’t want to leave! The interior looks so good too perf for pictures!

Great experience! Location: We took a cab from Seminyak PotatoHead, the drive was about 30mins or so with traffic. instructor: Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they take care of the animals well, are attentive at cleaning up after them. There are about 15 dogs, 4 cats, 2 racoons and 1 snake. Facilities is clean, some smell is inevitable however it not overpowering or nasty. Cafe seems well stocked with pastries and a nice menu of drinks. The sitting and outside area is spacious

i rated it 5 star because of cute dogs. I had high expectations but sadly, there were only one raccoon, one snake, four lazy cats and a lot of dogs of different breeds. and if it wasn’t because of those bunch of cute dogs, we would be bored and money paid would be completely wasted.

I come here, every trip I make in Bali. it's a good day out, and helps that I'm a lover of dogs too.

Overall a great experience. The pets at Bali Pet Nirvana are very cute and playful. The food is amazing but the serving portion is not the usual american portion. The staff is very accommodating and kind. Even helped us book a car. :)

loved the experience, the dogs were very good with kids, the caretakers were prompt in cleaning up after the pets and were very kind and friendly. The place smelt strong at first because of many dogs but after a while, the smell is tolerable. We spent most of our time outdoors. Kids meal portion was quite big and worth it. we spent 4.5hrs and this is definitely the highlight of our trip.

We had an amazing experience at pet nirvana! The staff were so nice and we had so much fun swimming, dining and getting to love on all the animals especially the raccoons!! would highly recommend if you are an animal lover or looking to take kids somewhere on your holiday

as an animal lover, I was looking forward to this trip the most and it did not disappoint! all of the animals are very well taken care of, facility is clean, staff are friendly, food is okay im sure they can improve on this but nothing to complain about. overall this experience was amazing and I have nothing to complain about and definitely would recommend it. hanging out with animals is the best therapy. ps on the 4star in safety measure, they are animals they like to play rough so be mindful of that. i didn’t get hurt or anything just typical play scratches ❤️
