Tried the Muay Thai group class at Punch It Gym Samui and had such a great experience! The instructors were very friendly and made everyone feel comfortable. Warm-ups were fun and felt more like ice breakers, which really helped participants connect. First-timers are separated to learn the basics, while others get to practice combos—such a thoughtful setup. The gym also has a healthy restaurant on site with really good food, perfect after training. Highly recommend!

This class was an amazing experience. My friend who has never done muay thay and me who has done muay thai for multiple years went to this class. This class was perfect for the both of us. My friend got to learn basic techniques and combos while I got to learn more advanced techniques and refine little details of each part. This was such a hard workout but was totally worth it and feels so rewarding at the end. The instructors also were very upbeat and knowledgeable about muay thai. The experience was very personal despite the group class.

The classes are definitely tough, but what really stood out is how well they’re tailored to your level—even in a group setting. There were around five coaches present during the session, constantly checking on technique and giving timely, individual feedback. That kind of attention is rare and super valuable. The warm-up? Brutal in the best way. It set the tone for a serious and rewarding workout. Every coach I interacted with was approachable, skilled, and absolutely badass.
