My kids love the games all throughout the hotel, the bunk beds, the game area at the lobby. We love the spacious rooms. Staff was very pleasant and nice. The location was great, very close to the station, Dotonbori, Kuromon market to name few.

Room was clean and for a family of four with 4 giant luggage and 3 carry ons, the room was able to accommodate everything relatively well. Location is convenient with respect to train station and major attractions like Dotonbari are walking distance

Location is great. Really vibrant, fun part of the city that felt safe to walk to dinner etc at night. Good for kids, the small lobby area has board games and free coffee/ tea & cool drinks which was nice. The hotel felt like home away from home. The staff at reception were so friendly and happy to help us. We stayed at a few other hotels across Japan and will re book with Mimaru next time mainly due to how great the staff were.

The hotel is at a great location with walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, room size is good and clean. Must say the staff are excellent, especially the cleaning staff are amazing - one day we went back to hotel while they're cleaning our room, and they quickly finished and apologized to us for waiting, we felt sorry to have rushed them. Only wish the beds are bigger. The only awkward thing is you need to take an elevator from ground to 1st floor, then take another elevator to your room. Lots of families with kids stay at this hotel.

This was a great apartment for our family. The staff are friendly and the location is great, close to shops and restaurants. Just have to walk under10 minutes to the train station.
