We had a wonderful stay at the Namba Oriental Hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation.
Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We especially appreciated having a kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer, which made our stay even more convenient. The self laundry facilities were a huge bonus for our long trip.
The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had excellent water pressure, making it a great place to relax after a long day out sightseeing and shopping. Overall, the hotel offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Osaka.

Good laundry service on site. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast! Wonderful place for a family or solo traveler. Good location in Osaka. Will definitely stay there again my next trip to Japan.

Excellent hotel, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. This was our first visit to Japan and had moved around quite a bit (Shibuya, Kyoto, Hakone & back to Tokyo Disney area). This was our favourite place to stay, if we ever come back again which I’m sure we will, we will home base from Osaka (Namba Oriental) there are a lot of tours from that area. The hotel itself was very clean, excellent staff. Thank you for a great stay!

Breakfast was fantastic with so many to choose from. They have ramen and udon, a chef was making truffle bacon french toast which was so delicious and eggs benedict with salmon. However I was asked to pay 3000 plus yen upon arrival and only cash is accepted with no receipt
