The room was clean and spacious. The shower/ sink is separate from the toilet which is helpful when getting ready. There was space for both guests to charge and set up their nightly things. There was a couch and table along with a desk. Refrigerator and area to make tea as also nice. What needs work is the check in situation, staff could be better. Also, we arrived early before check in and the option for storing luggage was to attach a lock to your bag/like a bike chain? It was located next to the dining area in an alcove. There were no amenities as we saw in other hotels that provided coffee, water, ice and robes.

Washer/Dryer cycle too long. 4 hours to have clean clothes. Too long so, 4 machines are alway busy

Great location. Comfy Japanese bed. Good breakfast including a large breakfast sandwich and corn soup (not a buffet). Excellent value for the price.

Found a used women bad behind the toilet seat, looks like someone overlooked while cleaning.
Overall property design was good and looks new. Breakfast was ok. The location is also great.

Three adults shared a modern two room apartment. All futon beds but the second room was lovely, with tatami flooring a screen walls. A tasty breakfast was included. There was a washer-dryer in the room, but the dryer function was not great and we ended up hanging clothes over the dehumidifier. Full aircon was much appreciated with the humid weather.
Handy to Kanazawa castle and gardens as well as an easy walk to the local market. Less than 20 min walk to both Higashi Chaya Geisha and Nagamachi Samurai districts, as well as the train station. Plenty of konbini options nearby too.
