Nice and safe inside and close to the train station about 10 minutes walk. Not in a nice area though. AC is freezing so a blanket would be helpful and they didn’t even leave a full toilet paper roll.

This apartment has an excellent location, just two blocks from Terminus. It is in very good condition and makes you feel very comfortable. The owner responds quickly to messages and is very friendly.

The apartment was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable.It was a bonus that they had a washer and dryer. It was a convenient walk from the train station. We recommend Famalu while in Naples!

Me decepcionei bastante com o hotel.
Apesar das instalações serem novas, ele se localiza no primeiro andar de um.predio muito antigo. O elevador, das vezes que tentei pegar por causa das malas, nao funcionou.
Apesar do hotel ficar proximo da estacao de trem, ele fica num cruzamento de duas grandes avenidas. Ou seja, dia e noite com barulho, sobretudo buzina.
Por estar numa area central, a limpeza dos arredores deixa a desejar: muito lixo espalhado na calçada e um cheiro bastante desagradavel.
A recepcao só funciona presencialmente das 10h as 14h. Depois disso, so pelo whats. O serviço de limpeza foi diário, mas a troca das toalhas era um sorteio: um dia trocavam as de banho, outro as de rosto, e no.ultimo dia nao trocaram. Falta gerenciamento e supervisão.
Por fim o suposto cafe da manha foi uma decepção total: um conjunto de snacks, 02 croissants e capsulas de cafe deixados de vespera pela camareira. Se o cafe é do tipo "etage" isso deve ficar claro na reserva. Inclusive reclamei para o suporte do hotels.com mas nao tive retorno.

Fantastiskt This property was extremely clean well maintained, and was located within walking distance to the train station. It was well appointed and secure. The host was responsive and provided cold drinks each day an excellent touch. The breakfast provided was packaged snacks which was not our personal preference yet they made great efforts ! A definite overall selection where we would stay again ! Thank you.
