This was not a pleasant experience for us. One morning 3 people came to my room without knocking on the door while I was sleeping. I woke up with the noise and I was shocked. This was a very unpleasant experience. Also amenities are very limited. They should be more careful about safety of the guests.

Decently located from the train and fine accommodation if you’ll be exploring most of your home. Also air-conditioned, which was great.

for a budget traveller it is good enough. location to the station and metro is close. Mario was helpful.

Great value great location

Clean room, nice air conditioning, friendly staff, easy check-in, basic breakfast, little far from city sights but easy to take trolly or metro, close to train station, safe area.

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff. Location is convenient to train and subway stations.

I had a disappointing stay. The room hygiene was poor: the duvet smelled sour, musty, and like cigarette smoke, forcing us to sleep without bedding or pillows all night. The walls were also dirty. While the bathroom was acceptable, the soundproofing is non-existent; we could clearly hear loud conversations from the next room and the morning noise from the nearby cafe. Furthermore, security is a concern—we were only provided with one key, making us feel uneasy about leaving our luggage in the room. The neighborhood also felt unsafe, especially at night.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The location is convenient, with public transportation stops nearby and the main train station within walking distance. The check‑in process was fast and straightforward. However, I was disappointed with the hotel’s air‑conditioning policy. The system is only activated during the summer season, which requires guests to keep the windows open for ventilation. Because the hotel is located on a main street, the noise level at night is very high, and cigarette smoke from people passing by easily enters the room. Additionally, having to leave the windows open made us feel unsafe during the night. I requested whether the air conditioning could be turned on or if a pedestal fan could be provided to improve comfort, but due to the hotel’s policy, neither option was possible.

The hotel is located quite close to the railway station and walkable distance to the city centre. The breakfast is abundant and the small garden in the backyard is very attractive. A perfect location for staying if you’re visiting Milan .

We chose this hotel because it was close to the train station, which it is. The room was fine. Clean enough but aging. The toilet leaked and ran and the heat didn’t work well. We enjoyed the garden patio and the friendly staff. We chose not to have the breakfast, but it looked good!
