It was an awesome stay. Great hotel staffs and breakfast. Room was good and very clean! Highly recommended for solo travel!!

Cleaning staff are the best, Very polite and helpful. The lady on the front desk at reception was not polite or helpful. Not sure if it was because I was a foreigner.

Rooms are clean, daily housekeeping, room cleaned if required otherwise fresh towels prided and trash and recycled items cleared. Pleasant and helpful staff. Great amenities, B'fast everyday with a different menu. Welcome Bar was super-nice (enjoyed every evening - you can bring your own dinner and enjoy it with the self-served open bar setup every day. Great location,hotel is situated in the shopping and restaurant area. Close to lots of convenience stores. Very thoughtfully located close to train staion. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when helping me send my luggage to another hotel. I wish I knew the name of the lady who helped me - she was extremely patient and kind when helping me complete the paperwork for sending luggage.

My stay was amazing. The location was perfect. Near the train station. Close by shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean. Staff were very friendly . I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We loved this hotel, attention and service was excellent.

It was very quiet at night no noise so it felt safe and you can get a good sleep after a long day of walking

My favorite part about this hotel was the front desk staff. They were very kind and friendly and even though they didn't speak English, they tried their best to use translate apps and to be helpful. The breakfast buffet was a nice added extra benefit to staying at this location. I also really appreciated the short walk from the train station. Having said that, however, in order to get to the property, we had to walk down some narrow streets (almost alleyways) that were overcrowded with bicycles and had a lot of trash setting out. Additionally, it was difficult to find the front entrance to the hotel as it was tucked around the corner behind some sort of gaming shop on the first floor. The elevator was small and cramped.

I checked into this property and it definitely was not as the pictures showed. I went downstairs immediately and asked for refund. The receptionist was rude and kept asking me why I wanted to leave and they don’t offer refunds because I felt the pictures weren’t the same. The beds were awful, pillows made with plastic infill. After negotiating via Google translate he agreed to give me 3 of the 5 nights I had booked as refund. Pretty disappointed.
