I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout, the location was convenient. The hotel room is a little snug but offered good value for the price. The only downside was breakfast-when arrived at 9:05 AM, nearly an hour before it ended, many items had already run out and were not restocked, leaving a very limited selection.

Great hotel ,the room was a great size double superior room for a family of four with two kids aged 7 and 8. Breakfast buffet was a good section, and worth the 1500 yen per adult . The only issue we had at this hotel was their was a glitch with the age of the children. The age of the children didn't come up on their system , as any children over the age of 6 was classified as an adult so an extra fee was charged per night of 1500 yen per child, other then that hotel was very good .

The breakfast was not suitable for us. We use to eat American breakfast. There was nothing to eat. Even the fruit was not much. The kitchen was dirty and ugly. The restaurant experience was bad .

This is my go-to hotel whenever in Tokyo. Location is A+!!! Just 5mins walk from train station, lots of places to eat, Donki 8mins away, plus lots of surrounding malls for your shopping needs. There’s also an airport bus stop nearby which saves you from all the hassle of transferring train stations going to airport. Highly recommend!
