This was one of my favorite hotels to stay in as the staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure to take care of me and I really appreciate all of their hospitality and hard work. The location is close to everything and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and if ever in Hanoi.

The hotel is in an amazing central location with peaceful and calm atmosphere. The property was very well maintained. The staff made the stay feel like home, very kind and genuine. They helped us book all of our excursions, and even checked in to make sure we got home safely. Highly recommend.

First, the staff was great. Always helpful. the location was awesome, couldn’t be better. But, the building needs updating, the bedding and towels were not the best quality. The towels did not smell as fresh as other hotels. But overall we would stay again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at Splendid Hotel and Spa! Lê Minh was so sweet, kind and helpful — she helped make sure our trip was safe and made the best recommendations for food and more. The hotel is in the perfect location and we couldn’t be more pleased with our stay!

The staff were so helpful and kind. The other hotel i stayed at ( la selva) had better reviews but this one was better by far. I would definitely stay there again.
