Moldy bath tub partitions, room wall paper torn in many place, lose door lock and frame, unfriendly reception staff, only plus sides were convenient location to go all attractions and Termini Station and complimentary continental breakfast

Pros: very central Cons: terrible beds and pillows. Terrible shower pressure. Very noisy. No aircon which is ok but the fan was so noisy we couldn’t use it.

The water was difficult to regulate and would get scalding hot. The location was great - very close to train station. The hair dryer did not work.

Water temperature in faucets was inconsistent other than that it was great! Staff was accommodating and very pleasant and the room was clean.
