I had an excellent stay here after having leave a bad stay. The staff took me in immediately and got me set up in room. I communicated with them in Italian but I don’t know all of the Roman dialect so they switched fluently to English. If you can’t make it down to the front desk, they will communicate immediately via WhatsAp. The AC is great. I was touring by day and working US hours remotely in the evening and the wifi connection was excellent. The room has a fridge. It has simple modern decor and an elevator to the rooms. The value is excellent and the location puts you right out onto a main drag.

Very comfortable bed, good bathroom, quiet and in a great location a few steps down from the Spagna Metro station surrounded by many restaurants and gelato places, in the heart of all the action.

We stayed at an apartment managed by the Condotti Hotel just a few blocks from the Spanish Steps. The place was spacious, very clean and in a great location. Communication with the hotel was easy. We would definitely recommend!

The hotel was centrally located to the Spanish steps; however, the reception area was few blocks away so you didn’t get assistance with housekeeping or “extra towels” Hotel entrance was wooden door so a little hard to find with narrow entrance

We arrived early but they managed to make our room ready for us after we advised them at booking. The lobby is a minute walk from the actual room location that we had but wasn't an issue. Room was clean, air conditioning works well, curtains are blocking the lights, bed was comfortable, fridge in the room, espresso machine was available in the room. Was missing face cloth in the bathroom for showering. The amenities they give are good quality. Location is great, lots of restaurants around and shopping options. Very close to the Spagna station which makes visiting the city easier. Friendly staff and overall great pleasant stay.
