Great hotel to stay in Kumamoto. It's near the Kumamoto castle, Sakura-no-baba Josaien and the sakuramachi shopping centre. The hotel has a lot of on-site amenities such as a public bath and a restaurant. Staff are helpful and attentive.

Parking height limitation at 1.55m..rented the smallest keicar and was told cannot park in their parking. Staffs are not friendly and not helpful

Convenient spot near lots of shops and food and excellent service by the staff. My rental car was oversized so I had to park at one of the ample and reasonably priced public parking lots just next to the hotel.
