We checked in at 8am and the staff was super friendly. He said we wouldn't be able to check in fully until 2pm, however we were able to leave our bags at the hotel to start exploring. At the time we got back our keys were ready and luggage was already in the room. Location is great it is easily walkable and lots to do in the area

We traveled with a 4 yr old and 21 month old. Added an extra bed (total 3) and all of us slept fine. There was plenty of space for 2 large luggage + 1 carry on and all our souvenirs. Hotel is close to everything- shopping, claw machine, gachapon, restaurants, supermarkets. You name it, its within walking distance. We took the taxi quite a bit during our stay and had no issues as they were always parked outside. Room was clean, AC is cold and windows were sound proof. Would definitely recommend this hotel to families. My 4yo LOVED the bidet 😀

Very close to Sensoji. Heavy tourist traffic during peak hours, but not nearly as bad as Shibuya or Shinjuku. Convenient walk to Asakusa Station. Perfect quality and room size for the price.

Great location in the midst of a very busy area. Shopping. Temples. About 3/4 of a mile to the train station. You can see the hotel from far away, so it’s very easy to find your way back home. They ran out of food with breakfast if you didn’t get there quick enough, but the food was good. The washing machine is not like US washing machine machines. It does not really dry your clothes so beware and leaves them with this sort of musty odor. Americans are not used to this sort of heat pump dryer but they are coming to us. The drink tickets they hand out are fairly useless as they’re just for some juice, tea and coffee in an empty room in the afternoon and early evening.

What a great hotel! Perfect location close to everything. The staff were very helpful too. Shoko made sure we were able to get our laundry done in time before leaving by helping find a second machine to use. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Sapporo.
