Everything was great (hotel, cleanliness, quiet, location near shopping streets and train, staff, little extras like bath salts, etc.) except room was a bit small and nowhere to hang out at the hotel for early risers).

This was a great first stay in the Tokyo area. The area is pleasant and not as overwhelming as other areas of Tokyo. Walkable and comfortable. Bathroom was really great looking back and the breakfast was a delightful start to the morning- delicious melon bread and fruit, granola, many Japanese offerings, as well as bacon, sausage, etc. We stayed in the Hello Kitty room, as a family of four, and we were all happy and comfy. The 7/11 was a huge bonus!

We booked the Deluxe Triple Room and had a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and family based on the location and rooms alone. Pros: - Unbeatable Location: Right next to multiple stations, meaning fewer transfers. A huge highlight is being steps away from the Toei Asakusa Line (direct train to Haneda Airport), the Ginza Line, and the Tobu line for a quick trip to Tokyo Skytree. - Convenient Services: The hotel supports Airporter Same-Day Luggage Delivery as well as Yamato (Ta-Q-Bin) Next-Day Delivery, which made traveling seamless. - Spacious Room & Views: The room was very spacious with two large windows that offered tons of natural light and a great view of the Skytree. - Excellent Staff: The staff were friendly, spoke fluent English, and even accommodated an early check-in for us! - Surrounding Area: Right downstairs from shopping streets and several malls. There are endless food choices, konbinis (convenience stores), drugstores, and souvenir shops nearby. - Amenities: The Wi-Fi was strong, the temperature control worked well, and the new shower head was a great touch. Neutrals / Minor Cons: - Breakfast: The buffet was a bit small and felt a little lacking. - Room Layout: There is no proper closet space, though they make up for it with a coat rack and hooks near the door. - Bedding: The pillows weren't very comfortable, but the beds were firm (which we personally prefer).

very close to the asakusa traijn station so it was very convenient, the price was also very good and the quality was amazing! staff was also awesome

I had a most excellent experience

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a perfect location!! Right across the street from a metro station, so easy access to the rest of the city. Helpful staff with a 3 AM check in. Room cleaned daily. Would definitely stay here again!!

Stayed in the cute hello kitty room that my daughter was absolutely in love with

Perfect location, great room, awesome bed, and friendly, helpful staff. I would have stayed longer if I hadn't already booked another hotel elsewhere.
