The staff were very nice and the place was well put together and clean. The only thing I found a little odd was how the sink was outside of the bathroom but that's just the layout. Very satisfied overall.

well, it totally different from photos when booked on webesite. secondly, most weired there is not sink in washroom. Its good but not that much as I pay.

We had only 1 complaint... when I booked the property it said the room was wheelchair accessible but when we got there it was difficult to get the wheelchair over the lip of the door frame. Once in it was fine but you shouldn't claim to be accessible if you're not!

We stayed in Room 114 on June 2, 2026 for one night. Room was clean and easily accessible. Laundry services were great after a week on Vancouver Island! Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside is the A/C stopped working after being in the room for about 3 hours. The “filter” indicator light came on. Which was fine. It wasn’t that hot out at night and the fan on the A/C worked just fine. Close to the airport and ferry terminal. And the restaurant on the property was great. Hotel guests receive a discount by showing your room key.

They had a light sleeper kit and it was a lifesaver after listening to my husband snore for a week with no escape 😂 very clean place great location and friendly staff
