We had a wonderful few days in this delightful and friendly hotel set in a marvellous location. The staff were beyond helpful - every need was catered for.

A wonderful, little gem of a hotel, in the heart of the historic district of Istanbul! What a find! The attention to detail and the level of customer service is not found easily nowadays but this hotel and its wonderful staff will deliver, guaranteed. This hotel is run with a lot of love for the industry and a lot of love for its guests. Staff and management will be at your service 24 hours a day if need be and their enthusiasm for making their guests happy is unmatched. Also: The location of this place is amazing! In a quiet street, litterally 5 to 10 min. walk maximum to all of the mayor sites in Istanbul and close to many restaurants. Cleanliness was also top-notch and the room comfort and decor was lovely. They also have a delightful rooftop terrace/breakfast room and again, the staff are very friendly and eager to please. Highly recommend! Thank you again, White House, for making our stay a most memorable one!

Front desk manager pushed too hard for reviews. It started upon check in. On the second night, we were enjoying a drink in the lobby and the front desk manager (owner maybe) asked me to leave a review on trip advisor. When I didn’t have the app he downloaded it on my phone and gave the hotel 5 stars on everything across the board. Then asked that I copy and paste my texts to a Google review. When I didn’t know my Google sign in, he suggested the “forgot password” button and did the same thing in Google (5 starts across the board). The hotel was lovey, great location, very clean, and very kind attentive staff. However, dude to how pushy the manager was, I would not stay here again. It was too much. Everything else was great.

The hotel staff from the top management down were doing above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience. We were greeted by their sincere hospitality offering the delights and red tea when we checked in. Furthermore, we were offered upgrade of the family room at no extra cost later.

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast options. Quiet street.
