I booked this hotel because I was expecting a relaxing spa experience. While the hotel does have a spa, when I visited it felt extremely busy and more like a public facility rather than a peaceful hotel amenity. For the price, I honestly don’t feel it offers anything better than many hotels without a spa. It feels like you are paying extra for something that you could likely find elsewhere at a much lower cost. I did not end up using the spa because of this, and overall I found the hotel to be overpriced for what it offers. Rooms are nothing special the whole hotel is just ok. I spent over 1000$ fir 6 days, definitely not worth it. The staff was pleasant, but I did not feel they went the extra mile to make the experience special, which is something I have experienced at many smaller hotels. One example was when I paid 600 lira to have three postcards mailed. It has now been a month and a half, and they still have not arrived. I have no way of knowing what happened, but it was very disappointing and made me question the level of service. I would not recommend this hotel unless the price was under $100 per night. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. Every stay is a learning experience, and this one helped me understand what I value more when choosing a hotel.

Great hotel if you want to be close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Palace, Grand Bazaar, etc. Difficult to drive to by car, but once you arrive, valet will take care of your vehicle for you . A/C was great. Walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel, fantastic location. Comfy bed and very quiet room. Excellent welcome, lots of info about the local area provided.

Amazing location

Breakfast was good. Room was very large and clean.

Nicely centrally located proper tilt, very clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted us in coordinating some tours and their breakfast and dinner was good.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Istanbul and the hotel’s location was excellent. However, our experience with the tea shop located inside the hotel was extremely disappointing. We purchased several tea products from the shop inside the hotel and later realized that the prices were extraordinarily high. The very next morning, I returned to the shop hoping to return part or all of the unused products, which were still in the same condition as when purchased. I was given a firm and immediate “no” without any effort to discuss a solution. I then attempted to speak with the hotel manager on three separate occasions. Each time I was told the manager was unavailable. I left messages and my contact information requesting a call back, but I never received any response. What disappointed me most was not only the amount of money spent, but the complete lack of follow-up and customer service. While I understand that the shop may have its own policies, I expected at least a conversation or acknowledgment from hotel management, especially since the shop is located within the hotel. My advice to future guests is to carefully ask for a detailed breakdown of prices before making any purchase from the tea shop. Turkey was a wonderful destination, and we truly enjoyed our trip, but this experience left a negative impression that could have been handled much more professionally.

The room had a spectacular view and without doubt, the best hotel in the area. Very accessible to all the sights near by. Clean bathroom and drinking water bottles and Coffee sachets added every day. Great stay. Thank you!

Great staff and place
