Fantastiskt Excellent stay, had an issue with toilet flushing they came straight away with a plumber to fix, couldn’t fix but moved us to another room straight away! Great location, walking distance to falls. Only downside paying for parking when you’re staying at the property and pool was not open end of May early June. It was mid 20s so more than warm enough.

Bra We stayed here because it was one of the more affordable options for a Saturday night in July, and it's within easy walking distance of Fallsview Casino and the OLG venue, which was very convenient.
Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It had a strong musty smell that triggered my allergies and made our stay uncomfortable. The housekeeping also needs improvement. There was hair on the bathroom floor (I won't speculate where it came from), fingerprints on the headboard, and the floor felt sticky.
The location and price were the main advantages, but the cleanliness and condition of the room did not meet our expectations. In the end, you get what you pay for.
This version communicates your experience clearly without sounding overly harsh, which tends to make reviews more credible.

Toppen Beds were comfortable, room clean. Toilet didn’t have a lot of pressure and would have to be flushed multiple times to be successful. There was No microwave in the room. There is no elevator. The staff was very accommodating as I needed a room on the main level and they worked it out.

Fantastiskt Le personnel très accueillant,aimable et serviable.
L'hôtel est propre. Ce n'est pas loin de speedway et autres amusement et les chutes se fait bien à pied.

Toppen Not much water in the shower and one of the bulbs not working just because we’re only staying overnight we didn’t not bother to inform the staff.
