The front desk staff were extremely accomodating. Even allowing checkin a little bit early with a tired toddler. Room was clean and decent size for Tokyo and location. Approx 3min walk to Shimbashi station. Lawson next door and plenty of food options around.

The location of the hotel is fabulous as it sits in the heart of Ginza’s vast shopping and restaurant district. The staff is super friendly, responsive and respectful. This is certainly a hotel we would choose again should we come back to Tokyo.

The hotel was excellent. Welcoming and helpful staff. The room was spacious and beautiful. The amenities were great too. It is a great location, walkable to many things, food, shops, etc. definitely recommend. I was also surprised with a birthday gift from hotel, since i stayed there during birthday.
