This hotel was in an excellent location. Staff was very helpful and everything went smooth for our stay. Room size was good for Tokyo standards. As usual excellent water pressure. Appreciated the amenities. Would stay here again in the future.

We stayed at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Ginza while visiting Tokyo to attend a theater performance, and it was the perfect choice. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Ginza, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, theaters, and public transportation. Everything was within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. One feature we especially appreciated was the separate bathroom and toilet, which made our stay much more comfortable. The room was also quiet, peaceful, and very relaxing after a busy day in the city. If you’re planning a stay in Ginza, I highly recommend this hotel. We would happily stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and were always willing to help with any questions we had. The rooms were nicely sized, with everything that you would need provided, as well as being nice and clean. Location is excellent, with many shops/stores/restaurants very close, plus there are multiple train stations local too. Would highly recommend this hotel to anybody thinking of staying in the area.

Lovely stay. The room was clean, and the staff was helpful. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage until check-in. The hotel is close to station and subway lines, Lawson's, and a great ramen place. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice enough place. Bed is pushed up against the wall which isn’t ideal. The bathrooms are a little tired and would be nice if towels were updated with newer larger ones. Great location and still an OK place to stay.
