We had an amazing experience at Mitsui Garden Hotel! The location was perfect—close to the Ginza shopping area and the fish market. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. During our visit, I suffered from heatstroke, and one of the staff members kindly went to the pharmacy with my cousin to help her purchase medication for me. Their care and concern meant so much to us. On our checkout day, Hiyori Fujiwara and Akiko Ota went above and beyond by helping with our luggage transfer and recommending places to shop for Japanese knives. Their kindness, hospitality, and willingness to help were truly outstanding. The wonderful staff made our stay very enjoyable and memorable. We would gladly stay here again!

Great hotel at a great location.

Decent size room. Great location. Basic Japanese or western breakfast buffet. Onsite laundry coin based system for foreigners.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious and the bed is large and very comfortable, with a cozy down duvet. You can adjust the temperature in the room to your liking. The room has a hanging bar and a mini fridge, which is helpful. The bathroom is large with full soaking tub, shower, large sink and toilet. There’s a public bath, workout room and restaurant on the second floor. The hotel space is spotless and welcoming, the location is central, and the rooms are very quiet. I was so happy here, I extended my stay.

The room was clean (quite small, but that's typical), and the cleaning staff did an excellent job each day. The breakfast was very good (although the "set" breakfast (Western) was not to our taste, the Japanese breakfast was much better, but frankly, we skipped the set breakfast each day and opted for the buffet which was much much better. Breakfast gets extremely crowded, it's not a big restaurant and so if you are late, you will wait, up to 20 minutes... The in-house onsen (Japanese bath) offers the barest of minimum. One area to soak, and that is it. Nothing else. No cold plunge, no sauna, no other bath, Nothing. You are one and done. I chose the hotel in part because it had an in-house onsen, and was quite disappointed. With that criterion in mind, I would make other choices next visit. The staff was excellent, and the location (if you want to be near all the shopping in Ginza) is superb, but it is a VERY tourist-centric neighborhood, with lots of crowds as soon as you step out...One note to the management, when you are checking in FOREIGN (not Japanese) tourists, please take a moment to inform them that the onsen is NOT a pool, not a children's playground and is separated by gender etc...There are plenty of "signs" explaining all this, but very few people READ...a reminder at check-in would be helpful, because, one of the really annoying things that happened was that there families totally disregarding those rules etc...Really frustrating.

Great location and nice hotel. Walking distance to Tsukiji and all the Ginza shops.

Staff was very helpful. The onsen was only ok. Breakfast buffet was varied but more Japanese than western and a lot of the items were cold.

This place is good if staying in Ginza. The hotel staff is amazing, they help out so much.
