Toppen Room was clean, staff was friendly.

The building and facilities are outdated and have not been maintained or renovated.
Very noisy air conditioning.
Poor soundproofing between floors; you can hear footsteps from the room above.
Very small, uncomfortable pillows.
The keycard readers on the room doors don't always work.

Under genomsnittet Thinking it was safe since not middle of street and parking is good. Gave us only one key card then on the second night the card is not working. Got a replacement they only ask the room number. Not even asked for my name or ID they replaced it. And it also happened to the other guests that key card did not work the second night. Breakfast? We just went to the nearest mcdonald’s.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The employees were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, but I wish it began at 6:00 rather than 6:30. Some of our activities began earlier, so we did not have time for the breakfast. The room was well taken care of each day.
