Room was comfortable enough but the hotel looked tired and the breakfast was only just adequate. Hardly any power sockets in the bedroom. However the staff on reception were efficient and helpful.

Near train station and buses. We used it for a quick overnight stay to visit Pompeii. Not the best area in retrospect and the hotel was in need of repairs and updates, but it sufficed. If we were to spend more time in Naples, I'd recommend something more in the historic district.

Drains didn’t work, no blankets in the room. Poor quality breakfast. No hot water. No cups in the room.

Very good location in the city centre, walking distance from the main bus and train stations as well as some of the city hotspots, restaurants etc. very friendly staff also, and accommodating. More of an older hotel but was still comfortable

The staff were nice, and eqsy to work with, the room wasn't anything special, wasn't bad either, i did the job and was acceptable. If your looking for a place to stay for a night or two this place will do the trick!
