The location of the hotel is really bad, far from MTR about 10-15mins walk to the nearest station and ladies market, far end of mongkok, deserted area with no food n shops around. Only good thing is hotel is clean and quite new.

even though the breakfast wasn't elaborate, it was adequate. From the breakfast area to the front desk, the folks were really nice and courteous. always very helpful and informative. The only thing was walking to the subway along was very local. traffic was crazy. Took almost 15 mins to walk to Nathan Street, which is the main street to get to both subway or buses. on a hot day, it can be a long and sweaty walk. once you get to Nathan road, lots of food and shopping options. I was told that later at night, is near a red light district, so we didn't stay out too late, cause the walking back can be a bit uncomfortable.

Hotel not so close to subway and bus lines. About 10-15 min walk and it’s a lot on a hot or rainy day. Lack of amenities and overall staff lacks enthusiasm in helping with queries. The carpeted floor attracted small insects due to dampness in weather and should be replaced with hardwood. This has caused bad insect bites for my sister. One special mention is the lady who served on the 7th floor Wing Bik Fai , she’s most pleasant and efficient and ready to help, I can tell she loves her job. She’s pretty much the only person I will give an A during my more than 2 weeks stay at the hotel.

The hotel was a bit out of the way, but within acceptable walking distance to public transit and the main shopping areas. It met our basic needs for a short 2 night stay, including breakfast, wifi and luggage storage. Staff were professional and the facilities were clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to book here again.

a better place for family getaway.. while my partner and i enjoyed the peace and comfort of the rooms.. the staffs made sure we had everything we needed.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 😉
