We loved staying at the hotel. Clean and staff are helpful. It was near the 711s and the MTR. We will book again next time.

Little disappointed with the gym facilities & pool was small for a hotel this size . Loved the availability of food court at the lower level . House keeping was very accommodating and communication was good . Concierge was very helpful too , would have got 5.* had it not been for the gym & pool . Location was spot on cannot fault that .

Location great for exploring Kowloon side with Temple St market and Jordan station not far away. The bed was comfy and I liked the pillows a lot, but the room had nowhere to hand clothes, not even a simple hook or rail. The room was on the cosy side, but okay for one person. The shower pressure could have been better. There were a few spots of mould around the bathroom such as the lip of the sink and the corner of the shower, and the room did smell a little musty when I first entered. Breakfast was good, I really liked the range of food on offer with both western and Chinese dishes, although there wasn't allergy labelling. The coffee included is proper barista coffee made to order which is a lovely touch. I liked the rooftop pool, although it could have been bigger and the changing room/shower situation wasn't great. It would be nice if they provided dressing gowns so that you could go from room to pool and back without changing there. Another plus was direct access from the street to the elevators, which made it quick to return back to the room without navigating endless hotel corridors. I would stay here again :)

Excellent location!

Great location! Took bus from airport for 3usd and was dropped off right in front. Staff was amazingly helpful and even did currency exchange for me. Hotel is nice with food hall and many eating options withing 5 mins walking distance. Staff upgraded my stay to a 4 bed but I was traveling solo. Can't complain about extra space in Asia!

A lovely modern hotel. Loved the pool and food hall. Also excellent cocktails in the bar. The concierge team were sensational. Highly recommended.

The USB charging port works but is very weak. Even overnight is not sufficient. Also there is only ONE port. When you do an upgrade please: - 2 usb ports - faster charging - international electric plug Thank you for upgrading the elevator from the old card insert to the card tap. :-)

Hotel is clean and staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is in between two subway stations, so you have options of trains connections of where you want to go. Also, it is very easy to get to and from the airport by public transportation. Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were in the 12th floor but the ice machine on the 11th-15th floor were all out of service. They did say they can come and give us ice if we call them. Check in and out was convenient. They have excellent dining options on site.

Great hotel. Pool was a great size and never seemed too busy. Sometimes there was a long wait for a lift but other than that it was a brilliant stay. We would return!
