My husband booked the romantic beach dinner for 2 people for my 50th bday... we can’t brag enough, compliments to the chef, all staff, service & organisation as it was wonderful. All the food was outstanding, the extras, wine, roses & capturing our night with photos/recordings. Thank you to our personal waitress “Nghia” who made the night exceptionally special with her warmth, great personality, service & her English speaking skills. We loved everything- thank you! Hotel is exceptional for singles, couples & families. Pool area is amazing. The only downside to the hotel & improvement which could be worked on is the poolside service (no-one comes around to ask if you would like drinks & the level of English spoken is quite low).

An amazing resort! We found the location perfect - a short Grab ride to DaNang centre and not too far from Hoi An. The pool was the biggest I’ve ever seen and we also had a plunge pool for a room which was perfect to chill. We had a special anniversary dinner in the beach which was stunning. Breakfast was excellent and although it could get busy we rarely waited long for anything. All of the staff were very attentive but a special mention to Nghia, Tuon Le, and Hana and Hang in the spa. We are looking forward to coming back.

Overall a great experience, slight issue upon checking in , but the team made up for it. La Plage Restaurant serves delicious local and international dishes , staff are always friendly and welcoming with good service especially from Dat and Yv! Beautiful pool and clean beach. Spacious room with superb views. Highly recommended.

If you do not like a hot hotel room, stay away from this resort. The management would not let me control the cooling in my room. The lowest was 19 Celsius. which is 66. However that was not the temp in the room as it was 95 fahrenheit outside so the room was a constant 74 degrees or warmer in there. I called multiple time and had maintenance show up and they would not adjust the thermostat. I called Expedia and complained and they called as well and they could not get management to adjust the thermostat. In the end, SUPER BUMMED I chose this place. I asked for a refund so I could choose another resort and they would not refund any money at all. So I was stuck there. Room cleaning was inconsistent as well. They would show up sometimes at 815am which we were still sleeping. Then at 9pm at night they were knocking on the door to deliver towels which should have been taken care of at the cleaning of the room which did not happen daily. A lousy experience and I will never stay at that Sheraton ever again.

The room was big, clean and well looked after. If you’re only staying a couple of days, then a report type hotel is good. While the pool looks great in photos, we didn’t see it being cleaned in the 9 days we were here - it was dirty (the kids pool particulary) there are underwater lights hanging off wires and plenty of tiles just broken and sitting on the bottom of the pool. despite a name change last year to move away from conversions, the feeling is far more institutional than intimate. The beach side restaurant was often empty, yet the service was so slow (we wee told it was because they had to defrost the food - perhaps not a surprise given the limited customers). There are some things like this that are without the hotel’s remit to do better. Other things are out with its control - it is a resort style location with the restaurants that don’t really suffice when staying for more than a few days. The inability to walk out to other shops and restaurants (it is quite isolated - as are a number of hotels along this part of the beach) also detracted from our experience and just meant we got cars for lunches and dinners out of the hotel. The breakfast was very good and the staff were welcoming. WiFi was good. We booked the hotel mainly as it was recommended for kids - they did have an indoor kids play area, an outdoor kids play area and a very good outdoor kids pool area. That definitely offset some of the challenges.

Great hotel and the best pool in all of Asian hotels on my travels around the world.

Breakfast was a bit crowded, even had to queue for entry - too many rooms for the hotel breakfast restaurant to handle. Buffet breakfast was okay with some food variation from day to day. Can order your usual specialty coffee like flat white, latte, but coconut coffee comes with extra charge. Pool is large but water was not that clear - a bit blurry. There are a lot of broken tiles at bottom of the pool. The seats beside the pool had poor shades - umbrellas are too small to cover the seats. Rooms are fine and reasonably clean. Staff are friendly and tried to please.

Needs a convenience store for snacks and essentials.

Extensive breakfast spread. Very large room with the most comfortable bed in Vietnam! Giant TV which was perfectly located in the room. We absolutely loved the seafood platter at La Plage beachfront restaurant, which was delicious and excellent value. We also love Italian night, the food was delicious! Only criticism would be that there is not much shade for sun beds around the pool. Also, there are not enough sunbeds.
