Extraordinary experience at Grand Hotel et Des Palme. The hotel is beautifully maintained, impeccably clean, and perfectly located within walking distance of all the major attractions. The breakfast was truly outstanding, served in one of the most gorgeous rooms in the hotel, making each morning a special experience. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. A special thank you to Vito, who kindly arranged last minute tickets to the Teatro Massimo di Palermo for us to see the breathtaking ballet Caravaggio, an unforgettable evening! Er would definitely return.

El hotel es bello, el personal atento y muy profesional, la comida muy buena. La habitación que nos dieron no tenía clóset y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Solicitamos cambio por lo del A/C. Lo otorgaron a una habitación idéntica pero con clóset (armario) lo cual fue una mejora. Resolvieron, eso es lo que mejor se valora.

This hotel is old world elegance with wonderful amenities. From the minute my cab pulled up I was treated with respect and courtesy. My room was lovely, comfortable and extremely well appointed. The staff at the front desk made sure that I had everything I needed. Breakfast was a wonderful event and I hope to visit again!

True 5-Star hotel, historic and lovely. Afternoon tea was nice, but the complimentary breakfast was great. Best breakfast I had the entire trip. Grazie!
